)-- Company enters second year at the business hub; Growth of company to continue into the coming months
A year can be a long time in business but, for one Folkestone-based digital agency
, the past 12 months have been a whirlwind of activity. Since taking up residency at The Workshop in Tontine Street, Folkestone in August of 2014, the company has steadily developed a reputation both locally and nationally for delivering exceptional digital marketing services to companies of all sizes.
The decision to select The Workshop as the base of activities was founded on the growth of the south east as one of the leading hubs for digital expertise. And, with the office a hive of activity for local businesses, the scene was set for Whitefish Marketing to experience its own growth to complement that of the workspace.
“Choosing The Workshop to be the home of Whitefish Marketing was simple,” says Chris Surridge, Marketing Director at Whitefish Marketing. “It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since we first set foot in the office, but even on the first day it was clear that the level of activity would prove inspiring. During our time here, we’ve been able to not only offer services, but also benefit from the expertise of those that surround us. As workplaces go, the interaction between the disparate businesses is wholly rewarding and has supported our development hugely.”
Speaking on behalf of The Workshop, James Avery added: “Since welcoming Whitefish Marketing to the building last summer, we’ve been fortunate to see the relationship the company enjoys with others develop. Our aim to make The Workshop a hub of cutting-edge business where companies work alongside one another is developing apace, and it’s because of companies with the drive and enthusiasm of Whitefish Marketing that such an ambition is possible.”
As the company enters its second year at The Workshop, it hopes to build on recent success at the Kent Digital Awards by growing the number of team members. And, with more and more companies signing up to benefit from the online marketing expertise offered, it’s only a matter of time before both Whitefish Marketing and The Workshop are making room for even more employees.
