Or you may be a health professional/allied health professional seeking further insight into patient-centred care.

The event is on Saturday 29th August from 1.00-4.30pm, to be held in Bayside Melbourne. The aim of this event is to provide you the unique opportunity to sit with a range of experts in small groups and have relaxed and interactive discussions on topics including managing exercise & type 1, mental health/mindfulness, psychosocial research – type 1 & life transitions and DAFNE (Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating). About Working Well:
“Working Well” is a Melbourne-based community established in late May 2015 to support and connect adults living with the reality of type 1 diabetes. It also aims draw some attention to the gaps as adults we may feel we slip through and in sharing and collaborating give this a bigger "voice" together and the attention and focus it needs, as we live with the reality of a chronic, auto-immune disease that is complex, not preventable and has no cure.
