Entrepreneur Announces Launch of Virtual Business Help

Seasoned entrepreneur Barcy Cordrey announces launch of Virtual Business Help, an off-site administrative and secretarial services company.

Dallas, TX, December 08, 2007 --(PR.com)-- As an experienced entrepreneur, Barcy Cordrey knows all too well the multiple demands on a business owner’s time. In the process of starting and running previous businesses, she realized that she was spending too much time on routine administrative tasks – time that could have been better spent growing her businesses. She resolved that her next business venture would help other entrepreneurs from falling into the same trap. Thus was born Virtual Business Help (VBH), an off-site administrative and secretarial services company.

“In the course of the average day I was putting in a greater percentage of my time doing routine tasks like data entry and word processing than I was in generating leads and growing my business. Since I had an extensive background as an executive and administrative assistant I decided to create a company that would help keep other entrepreneurs from getting bogged down in the routine daily tasks,” explains Barcy Cordrey.

Providers of off-site administrative services are commonly called “virtual assistants”. A virtual assistant harnesses the power of technology to deliver the same types of services that traditional assistants or secretaries perform. However, since virtual assistants are contractors, not employees, clients are not responsible for payroll taxes or fringe benefits and pay only for the time actually spent working on a project. In addition, because virtual assistants use their own office space, software and equipment, they can be a very cost effective solution to hiring a permanent employee or bringing in temporary employees.

Barcy Cordrey says, ”For a company that does not have the work load, space, or budget for a full time on-site assistant, there is a tremendous benefit in using a virtual assistant.”
