1 Million Cups Missoula September Presenter Lineup Shows Promise
The arrival of a new month brings new 1 Million Cups presentations and networking opportunities for startups in Missoula.
Missoula, MT, September 06, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Each week, 1 Million Cups Missoula provides opportunity for the Missoula entrepreneurial community to come together to network as well as hear presentations from fellow startups and small businesses in the area.
As the month of September kicks off, 1 Million Cups Missoula’s standing Wednesday meetup at MonTEC has filled up with interesting presenters for the startup community to hear and glean information from.
The most recent presentation, on Sept. 2, included Elke Goversten from Mamalode and Rhonda Hamerslough and Karen Schumacher from Pawsitive Works Canine Assisted Learning.
“Being able to use other startups as a reference and sounding board for your goals and strategies is absolutely imperative to success in the entrepreneurial world,” Amanda Larrinaga, Community Organizer for 1MC said. “It’s amazing how much you can learn from your peers in this kind of collaborative setting.”
The next meeting will take place Sept. 9 at 9am at the MonTEC campus and will feature both Marcy Allen from The BitterRoot Economic Development District, Inc (BREDD), and crowdsourced shipping social network, DropTrip.
