Durham, NC, December 09, 2007 --( Continuing their longstanding relationship with N.C. State University athletics, Panera Bread has once again teamed up with Kay Yow, head coach of the women’s basketball team, as sponsor of her recently released children’s book titled “Coach Yow: I Will, Not Just I’ll Try.” Targeted to youth, ages 6-12, the book aims to teach life lessons based on Coach Yow’s coaching career and her inspirational battle with breast cancer.
