John T. Holden is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and works in its Charlotte, North Carolina office. He has practiced law for 24 years, with ten of them being a civil litigator and trial attorney in New York City.

Mr. Holden currently focuses on Cyber Security and Data Breach, an incident that he says, “Companies shouldn’t prepare for the ‘if’ but, the ‘when’.” He is a much sought-after speaker on the topic, having presented to national audiences about the inevitable threats, how to protect and prepare, and how to appropriately proceed immediately after an incident.
