Elan Strong Fitness to Add Yoga Instruction in Future

Personal trainer Elan McAfee of Elan Strong Fitness plans to add yoga instruction to the company’s array of services.

Hot Springs, AR, September 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- In an effort to offer the most complete array of health and fitness services to the local and online community, Elan McAfee of Elan Strong Fitness is taking steps to add personal yoga instruction to her wheelhouse. She has enrolled in the Yoga Alliance approved RYT-200 program at the Prema School of Yoga in Hot Springs, Arkansas and begins teacher training September 12, 2015. This comprehensive instruction program will last through May of 2016, when McAfee is slated for graduation and will subsequently add in-person yoga instruction to her personal training services.

Elan Strong Fitness currently offers online fitness assessments and training program development for clients worldwide using a combination of strength and cardio routines and no-nonsense nutritional guidelines. The business, owned and operated by National Physique Committee competitor Elan McAfee, has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals since 2014 and is gaining steam. McAfee has always placed an emphasis on the importance of flexibility for both strength and endurance athletes as well as for those seeking good general fitness, which is why she seeks to add yoga instruction to her services.

“Yoga is what originally brought me to fitness,” she notes, “and it will always be my first love. Although I have implemented yoga-inspired elements into my clients’ programs in the past, I feel that it is important to deepen my knowledge of the practice to incorporate further elements into my programming in the future. I am confident that the skills I will learn through the Prema School of Yoga will ultimately benefit Elan Strong Fitness and its clients as a whole while also broadening its appeal to the public.”
