Vita Flex Fine Line Scholarship Contest Winners Announced
Gaithersburg, MD, September 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Active Interest Media Equine Network is proud to announce the winners of the 2015 Vita Flex Fine Line Scholarship Contest, each of which received a $1,000 scholarship to help support their equestrian dreams.
Sponsored by Vita Flex and hosted by EQUUS, Dressage Today, Horse&Rider and Practical Horseman magazines, the contest required entrants to submit a 200-word essay detailing why they needed extra funds, whether it was to offset the cost of professional horse training, show/event fees or riding lessons, etc. Four winners (one for each magazine) were selected on June 25, based on the interest and uniqueness of their essays, in equal measure.
The winner of the Dressage Today contest was Missy Fladland, with Marilee Cook getting the award for the EQUUS contest. Horse&Rider's grand prize winner was Lisa Graham, while Kathryn Resnick was the lucky recipient in the Practical Horseman contest.
Vita Flex would like to congratulate all four winners of the Fine Line Scholarship for their essays about their equine endeavors and desire to cross the fine line between good and great.
