Phoenix, AZ, September 16, 2015 --(PR.com
)-- Paula Muran teaches worldwide. Her journey began in 1977 when a guru informed her she would experience nirvana in this life. Nine years later, her mind silenced and she had a spiritual awakening.
She became a student of yoga, Veda and non-duality teachings and practiced daily meditation, attending numerous Buddhist silent retreats. During this time, she developed her peerless intuition while an innate Vedanta wisdom emerged. For the past 25 years, Paula has taught spirituality and has presented life-changing retreats in London and Bali as well as venues near her Scottsdale, Arizona home base.
During this intensive day retreat, Muran’s work will focus on calming the mind and resolving inner conflicts. Retreat attendees learn a powerful self-inquiry process created by Ms. Muran. Under her guidance, participants will explore new tools for conscious change in their lives.
“Retreats provide opportunities for participants to explore their inner world,” Muran notes, it’s a time to go deeper and connect to a true sense of personal truth, Muran shares. “In our fast paced worlds, now is the perfect time to invest in yourself and your spiritual well-being.”
The retreat is Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at Spirit in the Desert in Carefree, Arizona. Reservations are required, and space is limited for maximum benefits. Early registration is $49.98 to October 1st. The retreat is open to men and women, couples and singles.
