)-- Total Fitness Clubs (TFC) announced today that one of their most popular group exercise classes, Group Power, has come out with an October routine release.
Group Power is a high-rep, group exercise, weight training workout that is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises – all choreographed to motivating music.
The Group Power October 2015 release focus is “So you can be strong for them.”
Group Power Classes are available at at three of TFC’s locations and will be introduced in classes on these dates:
Monday, 10/5 (Bristol) 8:45 AM & 4:30 PM
Tuesday, 10/6 (Seekonk) 9:30 AM & 5:30 PM
Wednesday, 10/7 (Dartmouth) 9 AM & 5:30 PM
