Madison, WI, September 26, 2015 --(PR.com
)-- Wisconsin Bike Federation is relocating their offices in downtown Madison. Wisconsin Bike Federation engaged with Cresa, a commercial real estate firm to assist them in their office relocation.
Cresa was tasked with identifying a relocation option for the Bike Fed and to negotiate the terms of a relocation.
"This was a very fun deal to work on," stated TJ Blitz, Principal at Cresa Madison. "The Wisconsin Bike Federation's cause is something that our team believes in and we are happy that we could help the organization with this transaction. The new office space has a hip, urban vibe and will pair well with the Bike Fed's company culture."
According to the Bike Fed's Executive Director, Dave Cieslewicz, "The Bike Fed wanted to stay downtown with access to public transit and bike trails, but rents can be a challenge for any non-profit's budget. Cresa did a great job of helping us find really high quality space in the heart of the city that actually exceeded our expectations and met our need to watch the bottom line."
The Bike Fed will begin occupancy of their new location at 137 E. Wilson Street in the Marina Building on December 1, 2015.
