Hollywood Trainer Releases Food and Fitness Book

Jessyca Brown, trainer to actors, directors and producers, has released a book based on her most popular boot camp program. The 1,000 Rep Challenge as well as a great diet outline work together to create a fantastic eight week plan.

Sherman Oaks, CA, October 14, 2015 --( Jessyca Brown, owner of the Los Angeles-based 5 star rated Cardiobody Fitness studio has released a book based on her most popular boot camp exercise regimen - the 1,000 Rep Challenge. Said Jessyca at her studio, "I wanted to give people everywhere an opportunity to take advantage of what my clients get everyday - an easy to do but intense workout that hits every major body part." The Hollywood Hardbody Plan is meant to be something that persons of every fitness level can get something out of. "I've had clients come in who literally could not do two pushups and have made dramatic gains in a short period of time."

Food is absolutely a large part of the equation, she continued. "Without the right kinds and amounts of fuel, you might not get the results you're after. I believe in whole foods but I also know those have to be delicious and there are plenty of mouth watering recipes in the book."

So are there any stories about celebrities readers will find in the book? "No, not by name anyway," said Jessyca. "A lot of the people I work with are the writers, producers and directors whose names you would not know but bring you the shows you watch every week." It is interesting living in L.A. however. You see celebrities living normal lives like anyone else. "I've had a starship captain ask me how the sushi was at a sidewalk cafe, had a Grey's Anatomy doctor pick up my son's toy in line at Starbucks and stood in line with an Angel of Charlie's at Whole Foods Market." She said with a laugh, "They need almond milk and lemon grass like anyone else!"

She closed by saying she has had so many clients in the L.A. area thank her for their physical and mental transformations that she hoped the readers of her book could benefit likewise as well. "I got into this industry eight years ago to help people and have been rewarded everyday with a story of improvement. It's my own personal bonus program."
