)-- For the fifth consecutive year, RE/MAX Commercial® is ranked in National Real Estate Investor (NREI) magazine’s Top Brokers list. RE/MAX Commercial moved up two spots from the previous year to rank 15th in the 2015 list, which is based on 2014 volume.
RE/MAX Commercial reported $9.8 billion in total sales volume, a 12 percent increase from the previous year. The division also had a healthy 21 percent increase in number of transactions during the same time period.
Just as NREI released its Top Brokers list, RE/MAX Alliance Group reported its top commercial producers based on year to date performance through August 2015. Several RE/MAX Alliance Group individuals and teams ranked among the top RE/MAX commercial producers in the Florida Region. Among the top 25 individuals were Stanley Rutstein (#4) and Nick Herron (#12). Among the top 10 teams were Erick Shumway's team (#3) and David Roth's team (#4).
