Des Moines, IA, October 21, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Teleperformance, the global leader in outsourced multi channel customer experience management, announced that it will expand its Home Agent Division into the Des Moines, Iowa area this month. The expansion will create nearly 100 new jobs in the Des Moines area giving employees the opportunity to work from home once they have completed training.

Teleperformance employees provide high-level customer service in the healthcare industry assisting customers with products and services. Interested applicants should possess basic computer skills and have customer-oriented career experience with a passion for helping customers solve their issues over the phone.
