Phoenix, AZ, November 22, 2015 --( Mark Wilcke, Senior Vice President with NAI Horizon, represented the LDS Church in the purchase of approximately 10.5 acres of commercial land surrounding the immediate southeast corner of Val Vista Drive & Williams Field Road in Gilbert Arizona. The purchase price was $4,208,750.00. The Seller was Arcus Williams Field-EP, LLC et al. The land was purchased for the future construction of a mixed-use industrial and retail center, Deseret Industries Facility, with a planned first phase building of approximately 55,328 sq. ft. and a planned second phase building of approximately 31,010 sq. ft. (totaling 86,338 sq. ft.). The Deseret Industries Facility will be located adjacent to future (to be constructed) 15,100 sq. ft. Natural Grocers Store at the immediate corner. Mark Wilcke specializing in sales, leasing and build-to-suits is a 30 year veteran of the Phoenix Metropolitan commercial real estate brokerage business and has represented the LDS Church on more than forty transactions throughout his career.
