Tamara E. Weiss, M.D., Has Been Named Princeton Premiers Honored Member in Healthcare

Stonybrook, NY, December 19, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Tamara E. Weiss, M.D., has been named Princeton Premiers Honored Member in Healthcare. Tamara makes her home in Stonybrook New York and earned her Medical Degree from Drexel University The Medical College of Pennsylvania. Tamara is currently the Clinical Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at the State University of New York at Stonybrook for over twenty years. She is an attending physician who treats cancer patients and supervises cancer treatments. Tamara is a distinguished member of the American Medical Association (AMA), American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO), American Association for Women Radiologists (AAWR) and the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA).

In her spare time Tamara enjoys reading and cooking especially stir fry. She is an excellent writer and is currently working on a chapter on thyroid cancer in a new edition of a text book on radiation oncology. Tamara is a well respected member of her community and within her profession. She is a welcome addition in the 2007-2008 Princeton Premier Registry.
