Aspire InfoLabs Achieves 100% Placements
All the candidates from the latest batch of Aspire InfoLabs students have successfully secured jobs in a reputed MNC that is listed in Forbes 500.
Hyderabad, India, December 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Aspire InfoLabs, a Hyderabad based Talent Management Organization, has successfully placed all candidates from the latest batch in Bengaluru, India.
The entire deployment cycle happened in three phases. The process began with sourcing of eligible candidates from different parts of the country. Over 500 students who matched the eligibility criteria, were first screened by Aspire InfoLabs using different assessment rounds (Group Discussion, Personal Interviews, Basic Reasoning Skills) to gauge their employ-ability. The objective of this screening exercise is to find employable candidates from diverse backgrounds and help them connect directly with the recruiter. The entire process resulted in the shortlisting of 53 candidates, who were then evaluated by the interview panel of the client organization. Finally, a batch of 11 selects was formed as part of the 'Hire and Train' model.
All eleven candidates underwent a 40 Day Talent Transformation Program that aimed at building their technical competencies and also imparting skills that are required for the role of a techno-functional manager in an IT organization. After the completion of the program, all the candidates have been successfully placed in the MNC that is currently in the Forbes 500 list.
