)-- Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Erin Houck-Toll, a stockholder in the Business & Tax Division, has been recertified by The Florida Bar as a Board Certified Tax expert, a designation she initially received in 2010. Houck-Toll is also Board Certified in Health Law and is one of only three dual board health and tax law attorneys in the entire state of Florida.
Board certified lawyers’ experience and competency have been rigorously evaluated, and they are the only Florida lawyers allowed to refer to themselves as specialists or experts.
