Matt Blatt Auto, Food Bank of South Jersey Team to Distribute 250 Christmas Dinners to Gloucester County Families

Glassboro-Based Automotive Dealership Donates $7,500 for Holiday Food Purchases

Pennsauken, NJ, December 16, 2015 --( Two-hundred and fifty families struggling with food-insecurity will receive a helping hand from Matt Blatt Auto this holiday season. The automotive dealership has donated $7,500 to the Food Bank of South Jersey (FBSJ), and requested the non-profit organization’s assistance in securing traditional holiday meals for the families and coordinating the distribution.

Monday, December 21, 9:00 am to Noon

Food-insecure families residing in Glassboro, Clayton, Pitman, and Franklinville were invited to participate and pre-register through solicitations made to non-profit agencies and schools in the four towns. Matt Blatt Auto employees and FBSJ staff/volunteers will greet the families and participate in distributing the meal baskets.
