Dallas, TX, December 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- DAVACO, Inc. (www.davacoinc.com), the North American leader of high-volume programs for retail, restaurant and hospitality brands, announced today that the company and its employees are once again supporting the Salvation Army Christmas Charities in 2015. Keeping in tradition with Rick Davis' and DAVACO's long-standing partnership with The Salvation Army, DAVACO employees are participating in a variety of holiday activities, including the Angel Tree Program, "Angel" gift distribution and the Red Kettle bell ringing program at NorthPark Center. This is DAVACO's 25th year of supporting The Salvation Army.

"As a long-time resident of the Dallas community and a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, I am so proud to see the outpouring of generosity from DAVACO employees that help to make the holiday season brighter for those in need," said Rick Davis, CEO. "We were able to adopt a substantial number of 'Angels' this year, fulfilling the wishes of many children and seniors across DFW with carefully selected gifts that ranged from toys and books, to coats, shoes and bed linens."

The Salvation Army DFW Metroplex Command serves five counties in the North Texas region: Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Ellis, by caring for the poor, feeding the hungry and sheltering the homeless. During the Christmas holiday, the Salvation Army provides an Angel Tree Program, where individuals can purchase and donate gifts to children and adults, and the Red Kettle program, a way to collect public contributions to continue year-round efforts at helping those who would otherwise be forgotten.
