Two-Year Old Boy Safe from the Streets This Holiday Season

Chicago, IL, December 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Leading matrimonial attorneys Anthony D’Agostino and Allan Masters from the Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving brought joy to a single father this holiday season by winning an order of residential placement for the toddler’s father. The mother abandoned the boy after the parties split up in August 2015. Instead of parenting, she was in trouble with the police. Upset at life, she began to threaten the dad to take her son away from the safety of his father’s home.

D’Agostino and Masters, a former family law judge, have ensured a joyous holiday season for this little boy and his loving father who had the courage and foresight to seek legal help and fight for him. This father never gave up hope. This young boy will now be opening presents with his father this Christmas instead of possibly being on the streets.

“I am proud of my attorneys for achieving this important victory for this little boy. Our mission is to help dads and save children from harm,” said Attorney Jeffery M. Leving.

Attorney Anthony D’Agostino has earned a reputation as a highly skilled trial attorney, with numerous victories in complex custody battles. He is particularly proud of his successes helping parents and children maintain their relationships, especially those facing risk and difficult circumstances. Allan Masters is a former domestic relations judge and the firm’s newest attorney. Judge Masters was appointed as a Circuit Court Judge of Cook County by the Illinois Supreme Court in 2001.
