Former HGTV Executive, Greg Neal joins Sereno Group Santa Cruz to offer home sellers and buyers a new level of creative marketing and home buying expertise. Focusing on Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Ben Lomond, Felton, and Aptos.

Working out of the Santa Cruz office, Greg will operate his real estate company, Neal Estate Santa Cruz. Greg was one of the original employees at HGTV, after being hired in 1994 to help the fledging network. "It was at HGTV that my passion for real estate began, and at that time, my wife and I began buying and reselling homes," says Greg.

After twenty years in the entertainment industry, with notable stints at Food Network, Oprah Winfrey Network, and Pac-12 Networks, Greg decided to follow his true passion in real estate, and bring the knowledge he learned while at HGTV to Santa Cruz and Santa Clara County clients. One major focus will be the creation of high end marketing videos and photography, something that was a required skill in the television business. Areas served are: Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Ben Lomond, Felton, Boulder Creek and Aptos.
