Arkansas Tech University Using Engaging Wellness: Corporate Wellness Programs That Work as Required Read

Russellville, AR, January 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Arkansas Tech University will use the Corporate Health & Wellness Association’s (CHWA) publication, Engaging Wellness: Corporate Wellness Programs that Work as a required text for their students of the Health and Physical Education Department’s Wellness Degree.

“Engaging Wellness: Corporate Wellness Programs that Work is the most relevant textbook we’ve found relating to today’s wellness industry,” said Professor Mr. Jamie McDougal from Arkansas Tech University. “It provides ‘real world’ scenarios that allow future professionals to develop knowledge and awareness of the opportunities and challenges facing them as they select future career paths.”

Engaging Wellness provides insights from industry experts on how to successfully implement, operate and measure a corporate wellness program; as well as how to engage and motivate employees to become active in their health, along with other valuable insights.

“Here at the CHWA, we are very excited to announce this as part of their education and foresee other Universities following suit in the future,” said Renée -Marie Stephano, President of the Corporate Health & Wellness Association. “They are setting a high standard of education, and we are happy to play our part in developing the wellness leaders of the future.”
