Miami, FL, January 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Clear your calendars; the best food, fun, and art that Miami has to offer will be at The Coral Gables Art Festival! This year, Brazilian Fire will be serving traditional Brazilian churrascaria during the Coral Gables Festival of the Arts January 23 and 24, 2016. This week’s menu will include authentic Brazilian picanha (top sirloin), linguiça (Brazilian sausage), and frango assado (grilled chicken) – all flame grilled over natural wood charcoal, as well as a variety of traditional Brazilian foods, desserts, and drinks. The festival takes place from 10am-6pm at 246 Giralda Ave. Coral Gables, with their culinary corner located on Giralda Ave. between LeJeune Rd. and Salzedo St, and is free to enter.

“We love the family-friendly vibe of Coral Gables Festival of the Arts. As a family-owned catering and food truck company, we feel this festival not only represents our values, but also offered an excellent opportunity for Brazilian Fire to interact with South Florida locals in a relaxed and fun environment. Nothing brings families together like good food and good times.” – Carlos Silva, Grill Master at Brazilian Fire

About Brazilian Fire
Though only in its second year of business, Brazilian Fire is quickly becoming South Florida’s premier churrascaria food truck and catering company. They have catered several international, large-scale events, including events in Guernsey and Dubai. Brazilian Fire only uses the highest-quality ingredients, including butcher-cut meats and local produce. Always grilled over all-natural wood coals, Brazilian fire ensures authentic churrascaria flavor!

With over 21 years of rodizio and catering experience, Brazilian Fire’s managers Priscilla Sawaya and Carlos Silva came together with the unique concept of mobilizing Brazilian churrascaria typically found in Brazilian rodizio restaurants; taking it on the road and into homes all over South Florida.
