Dartmouth Total Fitness Offers Free Fitness Challenge for Club Members

Dartmouth Total Fitness offers free Fitness Challenge February 15 – April 22, 2016 to help boost Club Members fitness resolve.

Dartmouth, MA, January 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Dartmouth Total Fitness today announced that in an effort to help members boost their fitness resolve, they will be holding a Free Fitness Challenge for members February 15 – April 22, 2016.

The Challenge is a no-nonsense competition. Members who enter are accountable for their workouts, diet and weighing in weekly with staff and will compete for big prizes.

Fitness Challenge Features & Highlights:
· Weekly Weigh Ins with DTF staff
· Fit Tips
· Personal Training Demo Day February 18th from 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm with certified personal trainer Bryna Brooks who will be providing 30-minute one-on one training sessions.
· Last Chance Workout with DTF Manager Stacia Abdow and PT Bryna Brooks. This is an hour long specialty class designed for fitness challenge competitors to get in a final sweat session during the last week of the challenge.
· Big Prizes for member participants with the highest % overall weight loss.

1st Place: 1 Year Free Membership
2nd Place: 3 Month Free Membership
3rd Place: 1 Month Free Membership
Bonus Prize: Free Hour Training Session

Participants are eligible for the Bonus Prize if they place in the top three and trained one on one with a DTF personal trainer at least once during the 10 week challenge.
