New Elusiva Connect - Remote Assistance Edition Available Now for Easy PC and Mac Support

Great Neck, NY, December 26, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Elusiva today announced the launch of Elusiva Connect - Remote Assistance edition (http://www.elusiva.com/connect), a hosted solution for organizations that want to provide effective desktop support to their users without the hassle of installing and maintaining software or hardware.

In addition to customizing the user interface, organizations can tailor the service to their needs by mixing and matching the remote assistance, helpdesk, conferencing, vpn and other tools offered through Elusiva Connect. Elusiva will provide organizations with two choices of service.
