"‘Jessica Jones," "Don’t Trust the B-," Star Krysten Ritter to Attend Wizard World Portland, February 20-21

Will Appear Alongside "Jessica Jones"’ Co-Star Mike Colter Saturday, Sunday at Oregon Convention Center; Popular Actress Also Known for "Big Eyes," "Veronica Mars," "Listen up Philip"

Portland, OR, January 28, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Krysten Ritter, who has wowed fans in the acclaimed Netflix dramatic series “Jessica Jones” and as the lead in the ABC show “Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23,” will make her first Wizard World comic con appearance next month in Portland, it was announced today by Wizard World, Inc. (OTCBB: WIZD). Ritter will be joined at the show by “Jessica Jones” co-star Mike Colter on Saturday and Sunday, February 20-21 at the Oregon Convention Center.

Ritter, who plays the title role as superhero-turned-private-investigator in the popular Marvel title, will greet fans, pose for photo ops, sign autographs and conduct an interactive Q&A panel at the pop culture event.

Among Ritter’s other well-known credits are in the films Big Eyes by Tim Burton, Listen Up Philip opposite Jason Schwartzman and Veronica Mars with Kristen Bell, and the TV shows “Breaking Bad” and “Gravity.”

In addition to Ritter and the previously announced Colter, headliners scheduled to attend Wizard World Portland include Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill, and Alex Kingston from “Doctor Who,” Jennifer Morrison (“Once Upon a Time,” Star Trek), John Barrowman (“Arrow,” “Torchwood”) and William Shatner (“Star Trek,” “Boston Legal”).

Wizard World events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop-fi, pop culture, movies, graphic novels, cosplay, comics, television, sci-fi, toys, video gaming, gaming, original art, collectibles, contests and more. The first event scheduled on the 2016 Wizard World calendar, Portland show hours are Friday, February 19, 3-8 p.m.; Saturday, February 20, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday, February 21, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Wizard World Portland is also the place for cosplay, with fans young and old showing off their best costumes throughout the event. Fans dressed as every imaginable character – and some never before dreamed – will roam the convention floor and participate in the famed Wizard World Costume Contest on Saturday night.
