Smith joins Founder and Managing Partner Jeffrey M. Williams and a strong team of associates to create a family law firm focused on counseling clients in complex, high-income divorce, child custody and alimony/spousal support cases.

Formerly head of the Family Law group at Fox Rothschild’s Warrington, Pa. office, Smith is widely regarded as one of the top divorce attorneys in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

A graduate of Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law, Smith focuses her practice on family law and litigation. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and represents clients primarily in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Smith is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bucks County Bar Association.

Smith earned a bachelor’s degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College and after law school began building a promising legal career. She was named one of the “40 Under 40” distinguished business and community leaders by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2002, and, over the course of the years, built a thriving family law practice. The Bucks County Bar Association presented her with the “Woman of the Year” award in 2010 and she has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer several times. In 2015, ALM publications selected her for inclusion in “Women Leaders in the Law.”

Williams concentrates his practice on domestic relations, primarily handling complex divorce, high-income alimony/spousal support, complex child support, and high-conflict child custody cases.
