InterDyn BMI Hires Kim Peterson as Director of User Experience
Minneapolis, MN, February 02, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Effective today, InterDyn BMI announces its new Director of User Experience, Kim Peterson, who previously held the position of Director of Dynamics GP User Group (GPUG).

Before her years of contributions at GPUG, Kim held roles in marketing, account management, sales management and business development during her tenure at Great Plains Software/Microsoft. She also worked at various Microsoft Dynamics Independent Software Vendors in marketing and sales management roles.

“Kim has made a wonderful difference in the GPUG community with her contributions and innovative ideas,” writes a recent online GPUG Community Announcement. “With her participation and leadership, the amount of virtual and onsite learning opportunities, as well as opportunities to meet other Members, has increased greatly over the years.”

While Kim’s involvement with GPUG will change, Members say they are thrilled that she will continue supporting the GPUG community in her new capacity.

As Director of User Experience, Kim will focus on maximizing the InterDyn BMI User experience by developing programs for continuing education, improved User satisfaction, UG support and customer account health checks. The goal of these programs is to not only meet the expectations of our customers, but to exceed them.
