New EMKA 125° Pin Hinge with Stud Fixing and Retained Pivot for Cabinets and Enclosures

The new 1031 hinge from EMKA is quick to install with its integral stud fixing to the cabinet frame. The hinge is expected to be of value to users of cabinets, enclosures and housings for industrial controls or displays where door removal is required in the course of maintenance or re-configuration.

Coventry, United Kingdom, February 05, 2016 --(PR.com)-- EMKA’s new 1031 hinge is quick to install with its integral stud fixing to the cabinet frame – it also prevents loss of the hinge pin itself by virtue of a novel shaft locking ring. This is expected to be of particular value to users of cabinets, enclosures and housings for industrial controls or displays where door removal is required in the course of maintenance or re-configuration.

The 1031 features 125° opening which provides clearance for working with the door in place if preferred. Where corrosion is an issue the 1031 is available in AISI 304 stainless steel for long term serviceability.

Mounting of the 1031 is outside the frame concealed behind the door return – with weld-on or machine screw fixing optional.
