Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association to Offer 2016 HR Professional Development Series Talent Forum

Raleigh, NC, February 18, 2016 --(PR.com)-- In today’s competitive business market, it is more important than ever for businesses to not only attract the right candidates but to retain them for a successful, productive career. However, even seasoned HR professional and managers often find the process from recruitment to retention to be challenging.

To meet the needs of area HR professionals, the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource
Management Association’s (RWHRMA) 2016 HR Professional Development Series will focus on “Talent.” The Talent Forum is a four-part program with the first session kicking off on Wednesday, February 24th at 8:00am at the Solution Center in Durham. Each two hour session will be presented by different HR leaders from across the Triangle and will be submitted for HRCI and SHRM continuing education credit. The program topics include Recruitment, Onboarding, Management, and Retention.
