Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield New Jersey (BCBSNJ) will outline the value-based payor-provider partnership that yielded $3 million in shared savings in 2014 for 51 participating specialty practices during a March 31, 2016 webinar sponsored by the Healthcare Intelligence Network.
