Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield New Jersey (BCBSNJ) will outline the value-based payor-provider partnership that yielded $3 million in shared savings in 2014 for 51 participating specialty practices during a March 31, 2016 webinar sponsored by the Healthcare Intelligence Network.

During a March 31, 2016 webinar, "Episodes of Care: Improving Clinical Outcomes and Reducing Total Cost of Care Through a Collaborative Payor-Provider Relationship," Horizon BCBSNJ will outline its value-based EOC initiative and the results it has garnered in terms of hospital readmissions, clinical quality, cost efficiency and patient satisfaction.
