Bluffdale, UT, March 14, 2016 --(PR.com)-- GoPlug Bags Kickstarter Campaign Launched March 12th at http://kck.st/1TDfpUA

Powered Backpacks Empower Filmmakers, Photographers, Tech-Dependent Population.

GoPlug Bags, a Utah startup, launched its crowd funding campaign via Kickstarter to finish funding Josh Cross’s revolutionary powered bag technology. The company’s CEO, Josh Cross is raising $25,000 to finish development and production of the computer backpack with an innovative power bank of 110 volts for North American users and 220 volts for International usage. The bank includes both USB and DC output and is capable of charging a smartphone 14 times, a Gopro camera 18 times and a laptop twice. The backpack also includes optional solar panels and will change the way the tech-dependent population travels, works and lives.

Cross’s innovation is a classic case of necessity as the mother of invention. A seasoned filmmaker with 15 years of experience producing digital media for fortune 500 companies, Cross is well acquainted with the frustration of losing power. “Life should not be restricted by the life of a battery,” Cross explains. “No other powering devices I’ve tried integrate with bags sufficiently or supply adequate power.” Thus, out of exasperating experience, GoPlug Bags was born.

Pledge counts are growing daily and Cross is optimistic that the campaign will meet its projected goals.
