Chloe Bennet (“Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”), Casper Crump (“Legends of Tomorrow”), WWE® Diva Sasha Banks™, Billy Boyd (The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World), Rebecca Mader (“Once Upon a Time,” “Lost”), Austin Nichols (“One Tree Hill”, “The Walking Dead”), Robbie Kay (“Once Upon a Time,” Pirates of the Caribbean), Kevin Sorbo (“Hercules,” “Andromeda”), Kevin Conroy (voice actor, “Batman: The Animated Series,” “Justice League”) and Charles Martinet (voice actor, “Super Mario”) headline the roster of celebrity guests scheduled to attend the pop culture extravaganza, the ninth event on Wizard World's calendar of comic con events in 2016.

Bennet, Crump, Boyd, Mader, Nichols and Kay are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, May 14-15; Banks will appear on Friday only; Sorbo, Conroy and Martinet will attend all three days.

Wizard World is also the home of the most creative comics artists and writers on the planet. Artist Alley in Des Moines will feature Tom Cook ("He-Man," "Superfriends"), Michael Golden ("Batman," Spider-Man"), Clinton Hobart (Licensed Disney Fine Artist), James O'Barr (Creator, "The Crow"), Barbara Slate ("Betty and Veronica," "Disney Comic Hits), Peter David ("All-New X-Factor," "Spider-Man 2099"), Colleen Doran ("Sandman; A Distant Soil," "The Vampire Diaries"), Arthur Suydam ("Marvel Zombies," "Army of Darkness") and many others.

Wizard World comic and gaming con events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop-fi, pop culture, movies, graphic novels, cosplay, comics, television, sci-fi, toys, video gaming, gaming, original art, collectibles, contests and more. Wizard World Des Moines show hours are Friday, May 13, 3-8 p.m.; Saturday, May 14, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday, May 15, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Fans dressed as every imaginable character – and some never before dreamed – will roam the convention floor. The famed Wizard World Des Moines Costume Contest will take place on Saturday night.
