Atlanta, GA, April 12, 2016 --(PR.com
)-- On April 23 women will reconnect and acquire new practices on how to regain control of their overall well- being. Working on Your Now, an Atlanta-based women’s online community, will host a half day event entitled Wake Up! It’s Time to Reboot Your Life. The event will be held in Atlanta at Every Woman Works from
9 a.m. to 1p.m.
“As women, often times, we are the caretakers for everyone else and tend to neglect our own needs,” says Lori Beard-Daily, the founder and chief now officer of the women’s community. According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, women are also twice as likely to develop General Anxiety Disorder, panic disorder, and certain phobias than men are. “This event is catered to the women who know they need to make the time for themselves but experience life always getting in the way of making that happen.
“Women will come and re-establish their footing on how to lead and delegate so they can make the most out of their opportunities that may be passing them by,” she added. Optimum Body Sculpting founder and award winning body building and fitness competitor, Carol Dunlop, is teaming up with WOYN to facilitate an open dialogue regarding women’s physical and emotional well-being.
Carol points out that, "Making time instead of finding time for themselves is one of the biggest obstacles that women face on their wellness journey. This event will show participants how simple it really is to put yourself first on your own to-do list."
Other industry experts will also be a part of the program and attendees will receive life lesson guides to keep them on track of their personal objectives. Once the event is over, they will be directed on how to continue to keep themselves on target and motivated long term.
