Kidz Central Station Announces Partnership with NY Kids Club

Online platform for finding and enrolling in kids’ activities partners with leading NYC kids' program to further reach the local parenting community.

New York, NY, April 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Kidz Central Station today announced a new partnership with NY Kids Club, a leading children’s enrichment center with 15 locations in the New York City metro area. This new collaboration will further Kidz Central Station’s mission to provide educational and enrichment opportunities for New York City children and deliver helpful, relevant content to parents. As part of the partnership, New York Kids Club will utilize Kidz Central Station’s platform to publicize its 13 New York Preschool locations, classes, special events, and birthday parties, and provide Kidz Central Station’s users with monthly content about early education and child development.

“NY Kids Club is a trusted local enrichment center with expertise and experience that is very pertinent to our members,” said Lauren Pohl, founder of Kidz Central Station. “I’m thrilled to be working with a business founded by another local mother, and a company that recognizes the importance of providing NYC parents with the best enrichment programs for their children.”

Kidz Central Station will now feature NY Kids Club’s 15 New York locations on its platform, which offer enrichment classes in gymnastics, dance, sports, art, chess, science, and more for kids age two months to 12 years; birthday parties; and an award-winning preschool subsidiary, New York Preschool, which is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is a New York UPK/Pre-K provider (at select locations). Beyond the program’s enrichment options, Kidz Central Station will also feature a monthly “From the Experts” column on its popular Kidz Buzz blog, which will include content from the NY Kids Club team on important issues, such as early education opportunities and baby development.

“Partnering with Kidz Central Station was an obvious choice for us,” said Pamela Wolf, founder and CEO of NY Kids Club. “Our companies both value the importance of child enrichment and helping local NYC parents find the best opportunities for their children. The partnership is a great fit for our programs and we are excited to work with Kidz Central Station to further reach the local parenting community.”

Kidz Central Station has a similar partnership with NYU Langone Medical Center, a top New York City hospital that offers parenting classes and workshops throughout the year and provides Kidz Central Station with weekly content about children’s development, health, and wellness.

About Kidz Central Station
Kidz Central Station uses technology to solve the problem so many busy parents face—how to find, book, and manage their children's classes, camps, local family events, and birthday parties. The website offers more than 6,000 classes, camps, and birthday parties, and represents hundreds of NYC's top activity providers. With a sophisticated search engine and activity reviews, it is easy for users to find the best classes for their children, sign up for a trial class, and directly enroll. The company recently expanded internationally with the launch of Kidz Central UK (www.kidzcentral.co.uk), a website that focuses on the children’s activity market in Hertfordshire, a suburban area outside of the city of London. Kidz Central Station was founded by Lauren Pohl, a NYC mom of two young children and a former corporate lawyer who spent a number of years advising companies on business transactions.
