iPatientCare Announced Its Significant Achievement of Successfully Reporting PQRS 2015 Measures for Eligible Providers and GPRO

iPatientCare assists Physicians’ Offices in avoiding payment adjustment by successfully Reporting to CMS through iPatientcare PQRS Registry for 2015.

Woodbridge, NJ, May 03, 2016 --(PR.com)-- iPatientCare, a pioneer in cloud-based ambulatory EHR and Revenue Cycle Management services, announced its significant achievement of helping numerous physicians’ offices and eligible providers in reporting 2015 quality data through iPatientCare CMS qualified PQRS Registry.

Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) is a CMS quality reporting program that uses both incentive payments (bonus) and payment adjustments (penalty) to encourage physicians to submit quality information to CMS. Calendar year 2014 was the last year for a PQRS incentive. Beyond 2015, there is potential to obtain an incentive under the Physician Value Based Payment Modifier (VM) program.

iPatientCare has been one of the leading CMS qualified registries since 2014 and offers online tools to collect and report quality data for the CMS PQRS program to users of iPatientCare as well as non-iPatientCare EHR users. This includes both, the eligible professionals and Group Practice Reporting Organizations (GPRO). iPatientCare’s PQRS experts help EP and GPRO in selecting the right PQRS reporting method for serving their patients the best and also ensuring that unnecessary payment adjustments are avoided pro-actively.

“We have always been leading all quality reporting initiatives from CMS and other payers for many years. Participating in PQRS quality program has been one of our chosen endeavors, and iPatientCare makes it extremely easy and achievable through its intuitive EHR, MU/PQRS Dashboard, and also the CMS Qualified PQRS Registry,” said Gobind Garg, MD, Gobind Garg PLLC.

“iPatientCare has been very widely recognized for its high caliber products, user-friendly dashboard and reporting, and seamless integration across all its products. Since 2014, we have been serving not only our own iPatientCare EHR users but also numerous non-iPatientCare users by helping them report their PQRS data through iPatientCare CMS Qualified PQRS Registry. We have an independent PQRS Registry Portal that is extremely easy to use for direct data reporting and for uploading data through documents which are then imported in our database automatically. I am proud to lead a group of experts who go out of their way to help EP and GPRO in understanding the reports and reporting to CMS. We continue to lead in this endeavor for many years to come,” said Arnaz Bharucha, Senior Technology Officer, iPatientCare.
