Kaminski Capital Advertising, Inc. Celebrates Best First Quarter Ever
KCA has hired new employees to oversee market development. Recent expansion has directed focus on development outside the city of Tucson. Oro Valley and Marana continue to give huge results for this office. During the first quarter, KCA provided over $10,000 in gift cards to families in these communities. James K. responds by saying, “Not only are our clients extremely happy with the results, but we have had a direct impact on the local economies of Southern Arizona.”
In order to achieve results, KCA has become more particular on who joins the team. KCA is proud to employ people from all different backgrounds, including creative minds and Military Veterans. Former Marine, Joseph B., won first place for Arizona client acquisitions during a recent “March Madness” intrastate tournament. CEO James K. underscored his support of veterans, “Having Joe in the office has been a real treat. His values correlate directly to the vision of KCA. His honorable military service, emphasis on family values, and strong drive has made him a huge asset here. I am proud to work with leaders who have served our country.”
In addition to Joseph B., Cynthia G. joined our team, using her creative background and artistic touch of social media marketing. She has completed training in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Atlanta, bringing back her new skills to Southern Arizona. Born and raised in Tucson, Cynthia brings her knowledge of the area, multiple disciplines, and friendly personality to assist with finding the most qualified individuals to meet KCA’s progression needs. James K. concluded the interview by touching on the “…needs of diversity from the artists to military personnel for a marketing firm to understand all consumers’ needs.”
