Need Help Getting Beyond the Holidays?

Braintree, MA, January 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The holidays, and the weeks following them, are a tough time for many folks. How to cope?

South Shore Elder Services’ Family Caregiver Specialist Eleanor O’Neil has developed a “Holiday Tips Program” which provides seniors and caregivers with strategies to get through and beyond the holidays.

The free program will be held on:

• Wednesday, January 16th at 12:30 p.m. at the Scituate Council on Aging
• Wednesday, January 23rd at 1 p.m. at the Randolph Council on Aging
