Howard Commercial was engaged in 2012 by The Outsource Group, then a privately held St. Louis, MO company, to evaluate space options for its Corona, CA District Office. During this evaluation, The Outsource Group was acquired by Parallon, a subsidiary of HCA Healthcare. The Outsource Group, with the assistance of Howard Commercial, negotiated a series of short term extensions at its current location in Corona while the parent company finalized its strategic plan.
With its strategic plan completed and criteria determined in Q4 2015, Howard Commercial identified 10,000 square feet of space on the top floor of 4160 Temescal Canyon Rd. (a 160,000 square foot, Class A office building in Corona, CA) ideally suited for their needs. “The high-density parking ratio that Howard Commercial was able to negotiate will allow us to reduce our footprint and overall occupancy cost, while at the same time improve the quality and location of our facility,” said Heather Klemm-Feiser, CFO, Parallon.
