TakeMeOut (TMO) – a Dating App Designed for Busy Professionals is Set to Launch in June

TMO Dating caters to the needs busy professionals and will be available on both iOS and Android devices.

Scottsdale, AZ, May 25, 2016 --(PR.com)-- TakeMeOut, LTD. announced today that its first dating app for busy professionals, TakeMeOut (TMO) Dating, is set to launch this June. The new app, which will be available through the iTunes App Store and Google Play, introduces several new features intended to make app dating more efficient.

Laurent Lefevere, the founder of TMO Dating, created the app to cater to the needs of busy professionals like himself. While working long hours as a commodities trader in London at a tier one bank, he found it challenging to meet the type of women that he wanted to date using any of the currently available apps. He also that found many of his colleagues shared the same experience.

Lefevere was inspired to develop TMO Dating after seeing numerous ways in which current dating apps could be improved. One of his first ideas when planning the app was: “What if I was able to tell every woman that if we match, I would be willing to take her out to a very nice place, like a real gentleman?" He also realized that women on current dating apps are so overwhelmed with messages that they often miss out on quality matches that they may have had a great date experience with.

After about a year of development, most of which Lefevere did on his own while working full-time, the first version of TMO Dating is set to launch this June. It will offer several unique features intended to improve matchmaking and make the app dating experience more fun. Users get to choose if they want to take others out on a date, have someone take them out on a date, or go Dutch and split the cost of the date 50/50. Other options include choosing the type of date (drinks, restaurant, fine dining or travel), the preferred budget and more.

TMO Dating suggests matches based on each user’s preferences. Profiles also go through a basic background check process using Facebook and other criteria to ensure that each person behind them is real, and users are allowed to review their former dates. Profiles are also given an “A” through “F” rating based on a combination of factors that include screening results and date reviews.

With the upcoming release of TMO Dating, Lefevere hopes to improve the negative experience that many busy professionals have had with current dating apps. The app promises new opportunities for more accurate matching based on what users really want, and it is the first app to offer its combination of screening features and date preference options.
