NAFA Announces Winners of 2016 Fleet Excellence Awards

NAFA's FLEXYs, determined by an impartial vote, celebrated the best in fleet.

Princeton, NJ, May 25, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Excitement abounded on the evening of April 19, as the winners of the 2016 Fleet Excellence Awards ascended the stage at the Austin Convention Center, Austin, TX, and claimed their awards. NAFA’s Fleet Excellence Awards, or the FLEXYs for short, concluded the first full day of the Association’s yearly conference, the Institute & Expo. Close to 1400 fleet professionals enjoyed the presentation and its plated dinner between courses of industry awards.

The FLEXYs are open to all fleet professionals, regardless of whether or not they were members of NAFA. Industry leaders, acting as judges in the selection process for finalists and winners, never saw the names of nominees or the organizations they work for. Voting was 100 percent blind; based solely upon the actions and ideas listed by the nominees on their submission forms. This allowed for unbiased selection based strictly on the quality of nominee accomplishments.
