San Diego, CA, June 03, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Clarissa Rullan, director and instructor of Keller Williams San Diego Metro Real Estate School welcomed licensed real estate salesperson Mark Kunce as co-director/instructor.

Mark joined Keller Williams 8 years ago, currently the Chairman of the Market Center Culture Committee, he built a 1700+ member Meet Up Group – The San Diego Millionaire Real Estate Investor Group. Prior to a career in Real Estate, Mark worked in Education. In 1986, he earned U.S. West Teacher of the Year. In 1990, he traveled to Japan where he accepted a Professor/Coordinator of English Department position at Ashiya University and an American Football Coaching position at Kwansei Gakuin University. He lead the team to the National Championship Game 4 out of 5 years and won the National Championship 3 out of 5 years.

“Our school has a 97% passing rate for first-time test takers, his educational background will be a great asset and will help our students achieve more. We are always looking to improve,” Clarissa said.

California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) does not establish a minimum or maximum percentage passing rate, according to it’s the Real Estate Bulletin Spring 2016. “Rather, the examinations give and the applicants’ successes on those examinations set the rates of passage. During fiscal years 2012/2013, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015, CalBRE’s examination statistics show an 'average' range of between 42-45 percent passage rate for broker examinees, and an 'average' range of between 49-60 percent pass rate for salesperson examinees.”

“I have always enjoyed passing along what I’ve learned to younger agents, mentoring my buyers agents or investors. So, I am very excited to teaching at the school,” Mark said.

Since the San Diego housing market started getting back on its feet in late 2012, there is a corresponding increased interest in moving to a career in real estate.
