The Stephanie Coats Team, Eugene Home Group, Welcomes Its Newest Member, Jessica Johnson

Eugene, OR, June 03, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The Stephanie Coats Team, Eugene Home Group, welcomes its newest team member, Jessica Johnson. Eugene Home Group is a growing 6 person, fully functioning real estate firm within Eugene and Springfield’s Keller Williams Realty. Jessica Johnson, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and native of Lane County, joined the team in April as the Transaction Coordinator.

For a busy real estate team, the job of a Transaction Coordinator is to maintain the filing, paperwork and general goings-on of the pending transactions among all team members. Being licensed, Jessica can advise clients, request documents, answer incoming calls regarding listings and ensure that the lead agent for each transaction has all of the documents he or she needs in order to close the deal and be reimbursed.

Jessica comes from a real estate background and enjoys maintaining the organizational “hub” of the 6 person firm. In her spare time, she works on remodeling projects on her house and goes hiking with her dog, Jaq.

Apart from their newest member, the Stephanie Coats Team is made up of Stephanie Coats as the lead agent and listing specialist, Bryon Crosby as another lead agent and listing specialist (who also specializes in commercial real estate), Lauren Lebien, a licensed Marketing and Administrative Manager, and Eric Hayes and Mychal McGuire – both Buyer Specialists. The Team is currently working on meeting their goal of 45 listings in 90 days. The team has 25 in escrow now and 28 listings currently active.
