Kelley Kronenberg Adds Two Attorneys in Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale, FL, June 05, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full-service business law firm, announced that Farheen Jahangir and George D. Lagos have joined the firm’s Real Property Litigation practice in the Fort Lauderdale office as attorneys. Ms. Jahangir and Mr. Lagos focus on mortgage foreclosure litigation and assisting banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional and litigation matters.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ms. Jahangir gained extensive contested foreclosure litigation experience as a Litigation Associate and a Litigation Paralegal for various mortgage services firms. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from State University of New York at Purchase College. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law where she graduated in the top 25 percent of her class. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is fluent in Bengali.

Mr. Lagos obtained extensive experience in contested foreclosure litigation as an associate attorney for various South Florida mortgage services firms. He also served as managing attorney and co-owner of a civil law firm in West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Lagos began his career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases from initial filing to jury verdicts. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Washington, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Florida Southern District Bankruptcy Court.
