Channel Islands Harbor Presents Concerts by the Sea

Oxnard, CA, June 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Channel Islands Harbor is holding its Concerts by the Sea each Saturday from July 2– Aug. 27. The free summer concert series will be from 4-6 p.m. at Peninsula Park, 3401 Peninsula Road, Oxnard at Channel Islands Harbor, next to the Hampton Inn. Free parking is available at the park and along the street. Visitors can enjoy a wide array of musical styles, including jazz, rock, folk, Cajun, country and oldies.

Summer Concert Lineup:

July 2: Masters of the Past (Rock & Roll, 60s – 80s)
July 9: Teresa Russell & Acadiana (Zydeco, Cajun)
July 16: Ray Jaurique & The Uptown Brothers (R&B, Blues, Soul)
July 23: Unkle Monkey (Tropical Rock)
July 30: Natalie Gelman (Contemporary, Folk, Rock, Pop)
Aug. 6: Ventucky String Band (Roots)
Aug. 13: Donna Greene & The Roadhouse Daddies (Blues, Jazz)
Aug. 20: Dezmo’s Blues (Contemporary, Jazzy Blues, R&B, Swing)
Aug. 27: Sean Wiggins & Lone Goat (Country)

Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to sit on while they enjoy the music. Concert-goers can also bring along a picnic basket or dine at nearby Harbor restaurants.
