With years of technical knowhow and production expertise in the laminating thermal film industry, KDX embarks on providing quality laminating thermal film product with BOPP, BOPA or BOPET base material to HP Indigo customers. At present, this collaboration continues to develop and improve the latest solution for customers in the HP Indigo printed flexible packaging market.

KDX recently launched its new products, which included a permanent antistatic BOPP, an anti-fog film, fourth generation of ALLSTICK Film for digital laminating, an anti-scuff film, a silky film, a metalized brushed film, a decorated film as well as large-format automated laminating machines. These new cutting-edge technologies will be used for electronic packaging, food packaging, printing packaging, luxury packaging, home furnishing surface protecting and decoration. In the future, KDX plans to work closely with HP Indigo to develop a range of customized ALLSTICK digital laminating thermal film for use in food packaging material in conjunction with HP Indigo Pack Ready Laminator.
Saving Time and Waste with HP Indigo Pack Ready Lamination
As the leader in digital printing industry, HP Indigo continues its innovation with the introduction of Pack Ready technology. HP Indigo Pack Ready is a set of post print converting solutions developed, patented and qualified by HP. It is designed to maximize the value of Indigo digital print for labels and packaging.
The first solution, Pack Ready Lamination, provides “zero cure time” lamination while instantly creating a strong bond between HP Indigo digitally printed substrate and Pack Ready laminate film, enabling digital converters to print, laminate and pack on demand for immediate‚ time to market.
KDX will develop the technology of the ALLSTICK digital laminating thermal film product for the on-demand requirements from Pack Ready to achieve immediate Time to Market (TTM). The customized products include Gloss PET ALLSTICK, Gloss BOPP ALLSTICK, Gloss Metallized BOPP ALLSTICK, Gloss BOPA ALLSTICK and Chemically treated gloss PET ALLSTICK products.
