)-- Consilium, a national out of network healthcare claims negotiation company, has announced the sale of the company to GFAR Health Services, LLC which will continue to operate its business under the Consilium name. GFAR Health Services recently acquired Devon Health Services in May of 2016.
The sale, effective June 15, 2016, marks the beginning of a new era for Consilium. The new ownership will continue its focus to improve out-of-network claims savings solutions for third party administrators, employer groups, health plans, unions and brokers throughout the country.
