National Healthcare Claims Negotiation Company Gets New Ownership after a Decade

King of Prussia, PA, June 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Consilium, a national out of network healthcare claims negotiation company, has announced the sale of the company to GFAR Health Services, LLC which will continue to operate its business under the Consilium name. GFAR Health Services recently acquired Devon Health Services in May of 2016.

The sale, effective June 15, 2016, marks the beginning of a new era for Consilium. The new ownership will continue its focus to improve out-of-network claims savings solutions for third party administrators, employer groups, health plans, unions and brokers throughout the country.

“Since its inception, Consilium has been committed to providing innovative solutions to control out of network claims costs through technology driven claim negotiation,” said Dean Vaden, President of Consilium. “We will continue to offer savings utilizing Medicare as a reference base with no balance billing to the employee."

Vaden added that Consilium will continue to operate with the current management team in place and customers can expect no disruption to the current services offered.

Consilium has processed over $1 billion in out of network claims since the start of the company in 2005.
