Sanitis Announces New Partnership with HealthNet to Install Zylast Hand Hygiene Solution

Austin, TX, June 19, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Sanitis, an Austin-based supplier of innovative eco-friendly, next-generation infection control, disinfecting, and “green cleaning” products announced Friday that it has entered into a new partnership with HealthNet, Inc., Indiana’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center.

HealthNet looked to Sanitis to continue its commitment to providing the highest quality patient care. Sanitis’ portfolio of complementary, technology-based products address the spread of disease in health care, food processing, and public facilities.

HealthNet will soon install Sanitis’s Zylast Foaming Soap and Zylast Antiseptic Lotion in its 13 health center locations. According to Jerome Johnson, Buyer at HealthNet, “We were only planning to install the lotion in our health centers at first, but decided to also replace our soap with Zylast when we saw how superior it is to what we’ve been using.”

HealthNet’s transition to Zylast is borne out of its desire to enhance staff and patient safety. HealthNet chose to integrate Sanitis’s products into its infection control program.

“We look forward to installing this innovative product to reduce the risk of spreading germs through contact with the hands,” said J. Cornelius Brown, CHE, HealthNet President and CEO. “This technology will help us continue providing the highest quality care at all our locations.”

“As a leader in staff and patient safety, HealthNet is installing Zylast Foaming Soap and Zylast Antiseptic Lotion to enhance their efforts to protect staff and patients from infections,” states Sanitis founder, Harry Jarbath. “This not only underscores HealthNet’s dedication to quality patient care, but also its reputation as an early adopter when it comes to breakthrough technology.”

Allen Beuershausen, co-founder of Sanitis, is excited to share their products with HealthNet. “Increasing challenges in the control of infectious diseases demand innovative products to meet those challenges, and we believe there will be a strong demand for our products in helping to mitigate and reduce HAI’s with clinically proven products.”

About Sanitis

Sanitis is a Sales & Marketing company that specializes in sourcing and selling innovative new sanitation and cleaning chemicals for commercial and institutional facilities. The company was founded three years ago with just two unique and innovative products for superior hand hygiene and for safely disinfecting and deodorizing hard and soft surfaces. Since then, they have built a portfolio of complementary technology-based products to address the spread of disease in health care, food processing, and public facilities and provide commercial “green cleaning” chemicals that are cost-effective and perform at least as well as traditional and frequently toxic cleaning chemicals that can damage eyes, skin, and nasal passages.

The addition of effective and economical “green cleaning,” chlorine dioxide, and silver ion based disinfectants to the portfolio they offer enables Sanitis to provide complete solutions to the most challenging issues in infection control and sustainability.
