Spotlight Artists Shine Bright in Solo Art Exhibitions

Toronto, Canada, June 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The International Gallery of the Arts (IGOA) hosted a special art exhibition this month. They gave two incredible artists the ability to shine in their own solo art exhibition. The exhibition was divided into two categories: Category One, 2D & Conceptual Art and Category Two, 3D Art & Design. A winner was selected for each category. Both winners received a solo exhibition that was displayed on IGOA's website.

The International Gallery of the Arts extends their gratitude to all of the artists that entered the Spotlight Art Contest. They would like to congratulate the overall winner and the Category Two winner, Meiyi Yang for her unique collection of metal jewellery. Congratulations is also in order for the Category One winner, Kurosh Yahyai for his creative collection of paintings & installation art. IGOA also congratulates the three honourable mentions: Karen Hochman Brown, Loretta Kaufman & Beverly Marshall for their outstanding pieces. The top two winners received solo promotion via IGOA's website, social media outlets and will be interviewed for Exquisite Arts Magazine's first issue next month.

IGOA looks forward to hosting another extraordinary Spotlight Art Exhibition this August when they showcase their Two Person Art Exhibit. For more information about the artists or IGOA's contests and exhibitions, please visit their website: www.international-gallery.org
